No Prep Chicken Casserole


4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
1 can of Cream of Mushroom
1 can of Cream of Chicken
1 large can of Mushrooms (drained)
1 cup of diced onions
1 box of Uncle Bens Long Grain and Wild Rice Herb Roasted Chicken
1/4 tsp. of Garlic Powder

In a large mixing bowl, mix Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Chicken, Mushrooms, Onions, Rice and rice flavor seasoning.

In a large casserole dish, place raw chicken breasts side by side and season with Garlic Powder.

Spoon rice mixture into casserole dish.  Cover with foil and cook at 375 degrees for 1 hours. 

And Yes, your rice and chicken come out fully cooked and tender. This dish is to die for.
