Safer Acne Treatment

Use toothpaste on pimples

Safer Acne Treatment

Salicylic acid, the first ingredient in many acne treatments, can be harsh. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are not suppose to use it. Children under 19 are not to use it while sick with the flu or chicken pox. Anyone using blood thinner can't use it due to the fact that it works as a thinner. Though very minimal, Salicylic acid causes increased cranial pressure, so anyone that suffers from hydrocephalus or migraines should not use products containing it. So, with all that said, here's a safer alternative to treating pimples.

Use any whitening or peroxide containing toothpaste to dab on pimps. Allow the paste to dry and leave on effected area overnight. The pimple will be visibly smaller by morning.
