3 Ingredient Make Ahead Breakfast Croisants

These can easily be put together the night before and popped into the oven the next morning.

1 Roll of Sausage
1 - 8oz Block of Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
2 - Cans of 8 ct. Refrigerated Croissants

In in large skillet, scramble and brown sausage. Drain Sausage and allow to cool. Once sausage has cooled, place cheese and sausage in a large mixing bowl and stir until well blended.

On 2 large, greased cookie sheets, lay out croissants and divide along dotted lines. You will want 8 croissants triangles on each cookie sheet. Next, drop a heaping tablespoon of sausage mixture on the wide end of each croissant triangle and roll. Once all croissants are rolled, you can cover with foil, and place in fridge until the next morning.

Cook at 350 degrees, uncovered, for about 18 minutes or until golden brown.
These are wonderful with pepper gravy.
