4 Chicken Breasts halved (8 filets)
1 8 oz.Block of Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 Envelope of dry Ranch Dressing
1 12 oz. package of your favorite Bacon
With a tablespoon, scoop out a heaping spoonful of cheese mixture and spread over the center of 1 chicken breast. Repeat until all filets are covered.
Fold filets in half and wrap each one with 2 strips of bacon. You can use skewer sticks or tooth picks, if grilling, but they are not necessary when cooking in the oven. Spread filets in a baking dish and pop into the oven for 45 minutes.
After cooking for 45 minutes, you will want to carefully, pour off the bacon grease and return to oven for 15 more minutes.
When they are done, allow 20 minutes to cool.
Once cooled, plate up for serving. These are devilishly delicious!
