1/2 Stick of Butter
1 Can of Cream of Onion
1 Can of Cram of Mushrooms
1/2 cup of diced onions
1 Roll of Breakfast Sausage
1 1/2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 Cup Reserved for sprinkling on top)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large casserole dish, add your butter and toss into oven to melt. In a frying pan, crumble Sausage, and add Onions. Cook until sausage is browned. Remove casserole dish from oven, pour in sausage and onion mixture, and add all other ingredients (Except 1/2 Cup of Cheese) and stir. Spread mixture evenly in dish, sprinkle 1/2 Cup of cheese on top, and return to the oven. Cook uncovered for 50 minute to an hour, or until lightly browned.

Enjoy as a breakfast, brunch or dinner side. You can make this ahead and refrigerate until your ready to cook. Simply cook the sausage and onions, and add all ingredients to dish. Allow to cool, then cover with foil, and keep in fridge until ready to bake. It can be held in the fridge up to 3 days.
